Introducing an exciting development for Vanuatu, commencing in November 2024: a state-of-the-art marina and hardstand facility in Port Havannah, Efate. This expansive 20-hectare, cyclone-protected marina will feature wet berths for over 250 vessels, including super yacht berths exceeding 100 meters in length, along with dry storage for more than 300 boats. As centerpiece of a master-planned community, the marina will be surrounded by a gated canal development, vibrant commercial and retail sectors, and the Lapita Industrial Park, creating a thriving hub for both residents and visitors.
